This little blender was a real surprise. I thought it would be flimsy for the price but I was wrong. I tried it on 3 different things to see what it can do. I have other Muller items in my kitchen so my expectations were high and I was not disappointed. It went through the potatoes and the dough hooks came in handy for mixing the dry and wet ingredients together. As with any blender, it required a bit of hand kneading, but the blender did all the hard work. The engine seemed to have enough power to handle this mild test. I've also used it for mixing boxed cake mixes and making buttercream frosting and it did both well. The fans are easy to remove and clean, and there's a storage box if you want to use it. I was pretty impressed overall. It matches my Kitchen Aid hand mixer for a cheaper price. Of course, as with all hand mixers, an extremely tough bread dough would be overkill, but that's what giant stand mixers are for. want to pull out a heavy blender or even give a wedding gift. I highly recommend this one!
