I installed this turn signal when I was converting the turn signals from incandescent to LED on an old car. This device is specifically stated to work with LED bulbs, incandescent bulbs or any combination thereof. It is not. As other reviewers have pointed out, it will not blink unless there is at least one bulb in the circuit. Even then, it blinks a bit on the slow side. After replacing the flash driver with a completely electronic one (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08LQGDM9Z/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) everything now works perfectly. Unfortunately, with electronic turn signals, the click-click sound is lost, but on the plus side, you can adjust the flashing frequency to your liking.
