Having this for our mugs is a step up. It looks better than mugs just lying out in the open. Removing the cup isn't easy, you either need to use 2 hands or learn how to press one hand onto the dispenser, but you get used to it. However, the product page states that it is "the strongest and best". It's not like this. This is an inexpensive solution. A clue to this is the fact that they use 2 pieces of material for the outer (colored) layer, creating 2 seam lines. A higher quality product would be wrapped in one layer leaving only one seam line. "Best Made" would have been powder coated with no seams. It will also weigh about 3 pounds so it stays in place when I pick up a cup. So this is an inexpensive solution, BUT NOT BAD, and it looks better than nothing.
