After trying all styles/brands of street hockey pucks I can say that this is definitely the best all round puck for street play. It doesn't slide as smoothly as a green cookie puck, but definitely better for shooting/playing than a green cookie. Depending on the surface, the white plastic pads wear out after a while, making them thin and not so comfortable to play. For handling/transferring the stick, take a green biscuit. If you need an all-purpose washing machine for any purpose, get this washing machine. I bought 3 of these last year and still use them. You can beat these things up and never break. Green Cookies are 100% broken when hit, especially if they hit the pole hard enough. But it's by far the best puck for street hockey. Just remember that the rougher the surface, the faster they wear out. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars.
