Description of 🏒 Proguard Sports Roller Hockey Puck: ProPuck with Wheels and Knurled Side - Ultimate Training Street Pucks for Controlled Passing and Shooting

OFF-ICE PUCK WORKS ON MANY SURFACES: This innovative street puck is excellent for roller hockey, off-ice training, and can be used in many dry land settings. It works great on wood, asphalt, tennis courts, cement, and more. KNURLED SIDE FOR INCREASED CONTROL: Around the side of these roller hockey pucks, there’s a knurled surface that has a rubbery texture, which mimics a real ice puck. This surface increases the player’s control when shooting and passing. UNIQUE PEGS FOR A SMOOTH, QUICK GLIDE: There are white pins that cover the outer rim of this patented inline hockey puck. These pins allow the puck to glide smoothly and quickly and making it easy to settle. DURABLE DESIGN THAT'S GOING TO LAST: ProPuck is made from rugged vulcanized rubber that’s resistant to hot and cold temperatures. You’ll get years of use from the outdoor hockey puck because it can withstand tons of wear and tear. A PROUD HOCKEY FAMILY SINCE 1977: Since 1977, Proguard has been providing professionals and novices high-quality, affordable hockey and skating accessories. They’re committed to helping grow all ice sports both domestically and internationally.

Great off ice pucks

Great off ice pucks. I play hockey with these pucks on the concrete floor in my garage as well as on dry floors. The weight of the puck helps it feel closer to the real puck compared to the green cookie puck which is too light.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Works well on the road

My son and I play/exercise on the paved parking lot. It is not very rough but has many patched tears. The puck glides over it well without bouncing or rolling along the edge. Feels way better than a ball. Glad I took the time to read some of the reviews, I plan to buy more.

Pros
  • Nice touch
Cons
  • Easy maintainability

Team Sports Roller Hockey Puck

This is a roller hockey puck. It looks and works like a roller hockey puck. If I need a different hockey puck, I might as well order a different one. Or literally pretty much any other hockey puck, because a hockey puck is a hockey puck unless it's a cheap hockey puck. hockey puck.

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons
  • Negative Gift

The purchase is definitely worth it.

I bought this washing machine after doing some research. I haven't played with a puck on roller skates since I was a kid. I have countless ice washers that don't work on my son's driveway, I got this one and it glides great especially on smoother sections of concrete. It doesn't work outdoors though, so be careful if you need a washer for that.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Crumpled

glides on painted tarmac

Just got it and rode it for an hour on an old tennis court - painted tarmac but the "grit" for tennis is almost completely gone. On this surface, the glide was impressive and indeed resembled a puck: maybe like skating on an ice rink in serious need of a Zamboni job, shall we say. I doubt anything will work well on pavement tar, but it held up well on something of the next level of smoothness. It also shot excellently against a concrete wall. I would get it again.

Good but not as good as Green Biscuit (Puck Puck)

I play adult in-line hockey on a concrete court covered with sand-soaked paint, which is very similar to skating on sandpaper. It is a good puck for ice hockey players as it is very similar to a puck. It's not that good for pure inline hockey though. It tends to edge up or roll more than the Green Biscuit puck, which is why we end up using the Green Biscuit for games - the passing version of the Green Biscuit (they sell a shoot and pass version of their puck. The passing green cookie puck). As…

Its worth it. Just buy one.

After trying all styles/brands of street hockey pucks I can say that this is definitely the best all round puck for street play. It doesn't slide as smoothly as a green cookie puck, but definitely better for shooting/playing than a green cookie. Depending on the surface, the white plastic pads wear out after a while, making them thin and not so comfortable to play. For handling/transferring the stick, take a green biscuit. If you need an all-purpose washing machine for any purpose, get this…
