Price compared to a well known brand, this is a bargain. The only thing I wish they would take the time to thread properly and send clear instruction manuals. First, one of the adjustment screws is screwed into the curve and cross threads after you adjust them. You need to drill a hole for the log and cut it again. The top "thing" on the drill, the screw doesn't even start turning, but that's okay because I still have no idea what it's for. Secondly. Instructions explaining how to use the machine and what needs to be set up before operation would be nice. I had to play around with it because when I first used it the drill bit went everywhere. It had to be "adjusted" as there was too much play at the connection of the drill motor to the bed. After the adjustment it worked great. Luckily I've been waiting to post this because I was ready to send it back! Pros: It went through a 4" slab in just a few minutes with a 4" drill bit. Just ordered an 8" today, hope it works as well as the other bit.
