These shoes are great. For heavy horses that require shoes, this is a great alternative to metal shoes that allow the hoof to curve and support more naturally. We are using a 19 hand Percheron that was used with a low ring. They were a game changer in terms of comfort and ability to sound good. They attach with nails, can be used on pasture and gravel paths, and are similar in size to metal shoes.
