Received in two weeks. Now my dog is well behaved. Here's the secret: BE PATIENT WITH YOUR DOG! On the first day of use I was a bit upset that it didn't work that well, my dog is still barking. On the second day I set the sensitivity to level 5 and with the vibro mode it beeps the first two times, still barking. But when she vibrates a third time, he comes to her. Then I follow STOP when he barks. On the 6th bark the collar will vibrate for 3 seconds and he seems to have learned and stopped barking just whining. On the third try, while I was sitting on the couch watching TV, he started barking. I put it on and didn't even have to switch to the third bark and vibrate, only the first two beeps stopped it. Now if I want him to shut up or not bother the neighbors, put the collar around his neck. And he knows what that means and won't bark! After two weeks he has calmed down and doesn't bark much anymore, even if I don't put a collar on him. This is a wonderful product, I would recommend it!
