So. I actually bought it for myself and I'm an adult. I don't really like mint flavored mouthwashes that contain alcohol because they are too strong and I can never rinse my mouth out for the recommended amount of time. I've only been using this gum mouthwash for two days, but I have to say I look forward to rinsing my mouth out every night! I actually really like the taste of artificial sweetgum. I can flush for a full minute and there is no burning. My tongue is a bit numb but I don't mind, it goes away after I spit it out. I'm glad I have 4 packs! Not sure yet if it helps with tooth decay/sensitivity but it keeps my breath fresh and I notice less plaque build up on my teeth throughout the day.
