I have worked with them for years now, they take your business seriously but not too serious at times! They listen to you when it comes time or making changes in our accounts payable system as well having all of my invoices up-to date is something that this service has helped me achieve over many year's we've used their services together!! Nothing yet. We're still working out some kinks here though so nothing major just minor things like being able make sure everything goes smoothly before sending an invoice which would be nice if possible. ! I like how they help identify areas of weakness in our business model, then implement changes to improve profit margins. It's not always clear what their advice is doing for us and we need more training on implementation. They have been very helpful in helping me understand my metrics so that I can make informed decisions about growth opportunities. We've seen consistent improvements over time with revenue generation and margin expansion.
