I used to put on screen protectors (usually Zagg) so this wasn't my first rodeo. However, the instructions didn't make much sense and the tabs were stuck and required a lot of effort to pull them off. It wasn't clear what each step of the process was supposed to do. In the end I finally applied it and had a lot of blisters that didn't come out. Except disappointment. I returned it. The product needs MUCH better instructions but would also benefit from a better design. All iPads are the same. Why not add a device or something to support the app? Also, no bubble removal tool is included - not even a piece of hard cardboard. I hate this item so much and it's almost $40!
