So Revain turned down my first review because I suspect they don't want honest reviews. So let me try to be a little more "politically correct" (as the world seems to want these days). The product didn't work. Writes self-heating, but it is not. I did not receive a full refund as the item was listed as used and therefore cannot be resold as 'new'. Let's get that straight. First, how do you know if a pet blanket works if (hmmm) you don't try. To try it, the dog must lie on it. New concept I know right? Anyway, the dog was laying on it a bit, I checked and it never got warm. So I shook it off and sent it back. Now I'll honestly say yes, there was some dog hair on it that can be removed with a simple vacuum cleaner. The item has not been chewed, soiled or otherwise presented as "used and not for resale". Indeed, vacuum your hair, and there is nothing wrong with that. I try to give honest feedback that this product works (no attempt to cause hate or anything) and if you decide to buy it, agree and return it expect the same result with a reduction in your refund.
