The Talisma KnowledgeBase is very easy to use and has a lot of features. It is very customizable. The system is very easy to use and it is very easy to add and delete fields. It is a very good knowledge base system. I don't like that the system is not on a cloud and that it is not mobile friendly. I would recommend Talisma to any company looking for a good knowledge base system. I use Talisma to help my company with customer service. It is very helpful to keep track of all of our customer service calls and to keep track of our knowledge base.
