a) After following the instructions to download the software, the software does not work with the WD SSD 1TB drive and does not provide any options to work. b) First-time device enrollment: After enrollment is complete, access to the account will be denied due to a password (PW) challenge never generated for this purpose. Resetting the PW means that the code must be sent to the entry's email address. After 6-10 tries, the code was never received. c) SSD Tech Support (Mark): Saturday morning, can't help fix the issue and WD can't connect to access the computer. The next technical conference call will be on Monday at 4:30 am. Mark and his staff never call at the scheduled time. Everything from technology, software, administration to technical support failed and failed miserably. Don't take WD's high CNET and PC-Mag skill ratings literally, that's my experience.
