I like how easy it's been for me personally as well as my coworkers who are using this software daily to use. The layout makes everything so simple to find what you're looking for! Some people may not be used to navigating through all these different sections in order to get where they need or want to go but once we've trained them more about our app everyone has become familiarized with its functions very quickly!! It would help if there was someone available during business hours (after 5pm EST) because sometimes questions don't have immediate responses from support even when contacting via email at times. We love having access to tons of news from sources other than just CNN/Fox News - something which can take up quite some time searching elsewhere- plus getting your information out faster allows us to share things sooner vs waiting longer days until articles appear on websites such as Buzzfeed etc.- saves precious time!
