Our experience was good, friendly, fast and efficient service, good technical support (as per the request) and very flexible to make the required adjustments. My main issue with this software is that it is expensive compared to other similar products. But overall, its an effective tool and a great solution for small businesses and startups. It does help to save time and efforts when managing accounts and bookkeeping. Overall I would recommend them as they provide all the features you will require from accounting/bookkeeping tools. Its fairly straightforward and easy to use especially if your looking for a web-based application where you don't want or can't install any type of client applications on users' computers.
