So expensive for multivitamins

These are so expensive. My vet first prescribed them for my dog's gastrointestinal issues. Revain had them a few bucks cheaper. My dog loves the taste. I'm just not sure if they make anything more than the plain unsweetened yogurt, which my dog also loves.
