Stinks horribly! - my new rating
This is a cute skirt, great for my little girl but it smells awful! It smells like someone put it in a fish bucket for days.
I will wash it and hopefully the smell will fade but be careful if you order this item while pregnant the smell will choke you.

- Cheap. Works very little and for a short time. The elasticity is terrible.
