Sloppy Garlands Disappointing Arts and Crafts Lovers

After I put it to the test, this garland was far from impressive.The clear plastic streamers were tangled and crinkled, making it difficult to unravel and hang. It looked cheap and poorly made. The only pro is that it's transparent, but that doesn't make up for the lack of quality. As an arts and crafts lover I wouldn't recommend this garland to anyone..
