BRIGENIUS Light Therapy Lamp

Seemed to help a bit when I needed it to.Sadly though after a month now it is a hit or miss if it will work or not.I do find have to use it in a larger room.It is far brighter than I need it to be in a smaller room.Gives a bit of a headache in a smaller roomIn the larger spaces it does not bother me as much.

Perfect for those who live in areas with limited sunlight

Cons

May not be effective for those with certain types of obsessive-compulsive disorder
