A valuable purchase, some advantages!
The fee is worth the money, I recommend. A similar one (ASRock Z370 Extreme4) has been on my computer since 2022, no complaints. On it, I overclocked the i-8600k to 5 GHz, and the memory from 2133 to 3400 MHz at timings of 19-19-40.

- - good price/quality ratio; - in my opinion, a few lotions from the premium segment: - 2 slots for NVMe drives, although the second one works at a lower speed and selects the 5th and 6th SATA connectors with cooling radiators; - good audio codec Realtek ALC1220; - good VRM power supply cooling system; - 14-phase power supply.
- - upon closer inspection (16x magnification), not very high-quality soldering of some SMD components is visible; - there is no second USB 3.2 Gen1 connector on the board
