Good entry level product. Some argue that this isn't a 'proper' boom mic, but that goes for technical details beyond the reach of the layperson. I wasn't happy with that. I contacted customer service and Nana solved the problem and they sent me a full replacement product. No fuss, no hassle. That's great service. Simply put, with the right settings, it's great for recording YouTube videos or any other type of recording where you need this type of mic. However, you MUST adjust your settings properly depending on your environment configuration, e.g. B. the location where you are recording, whether you are recording from a camera or computer, etc.
