I had a great experience with one of these on my first bike. It was exactly as pictured and has worked flawlessly so far, ridden 8 years (including winters in Wisconsin), 70,000 miles and been outside the whole time. The second one ordered here did not come in the cranked shape shown in the picture, but the arm side is in the middle. I didn't think it would matter but I mounted it on a second bike of the same make and model as the first. A year later, he began to slip on the handle and bite the rubber. I've put an "elastic band" underneath and rearranged it several times, but it wants to move to the side and doesn't work well. I don't know why they changed the design when they had such a great product, but if you order one and it's not the same as pictured (assuming they keep the offset flat edge "p" image on this one product), bring it back and ask for a better design.
