This tripod is exactly what I was looking for. I ordered another more expensive one from another company and it failed in three ways: 1. This one pivots and locks horizontally, vertically or any angle in between (the other only does it horizontally)2. This one leans back and forth (the other doesn't lean)3. This one is sturdy and the legs can be adjusted to level the tripod on uneven or rocky outdoor surfaces (the other only works on level ground as the legs aren't adjustable, so if the surface was tilted the same thing happened to your photos). This superb product with great features and great value is great value for money!
