I almost lost my two dwarf hamsters!
I didn't like this product at all! At first it wasn't easy to assemble. The instructions were only in one language and had no instructions in English. My mom and I ended up installing it! Then I put my dwarf hamsters in a cage and tried to get them down. I brought it down by the handle. The handle wasn't strong enough and my poor kids fell down the stairs! Thank god they were both alive and well, it caused me to have a heart attack. This was the worst product I have ever bought. Very annoying about that!
