Overall a good phone, needs a little makeover.

Overall it's a good phone, I set it up for my 90-year-old mother, but it's very difficult for the elderly who find it difficult to hang up. There isn't room at the bottom of the handset to hold it in place, so those who are struggling can't hang up properly. I love that it has three easily programmable speed dials.
