pull a shoe? I call them arm stretchers!

I am Senior Citizen AKA Old F*rt. Every year my arms get shorter and my legs wider. These moves are a real help. I don't wear boots, "boots" help with slippers, mukluks, even socks. I put on slippers and the backs are pushed down. The boot pulls to help. I move the hook. I pull my back up. Now the slippers no longer "slip" at the first step. Mukluki? I can fix my toes.
