Bought a new one to replace the broken one and it's broken as well
The rollers on this thing are cylindrical pieces of plastic with tiny protrusions attached to the ends to keep them in place and hold position. Those little protrusions seem to come off fairly easily. This happened to my original video but it took at least a year. I ordered a new one to replace it and it came back broken the same way. It can't be returned due to some stupid rules and/or laws so now I'm just stuck with a broken one. I think I should finally learn how to hand roll "cigarettes"? :)
