Great item but sometimes the paper doesn't fold properly. When it curls, the paper doesn't always stick and it starts rolling out of the machine instead of sticking itself in a cigarette and curling, if that makes sense. I had to open the roller in the middle of the roll, insert the paper by hand and close it again. The rollers on this thing are cylindrical pieces of plastic with tiny protrusions attached to the ends to keep them in place and hold position. Those little protrusions seem to come off fairly easily. This happened to my original video but it took at least a year. I ordered a new one to replace it and it came back broken the same way. I hate this video. This is the first one I've ever used and I'm very dissatisfied with it. I have to leave tobacco in when loading. There is no "valley" so if I don't keep tobacco in it, the tobacco spits out. It also smooths the filter. The directions are not clear and the parts are not marked. I really don't know what all the fuss about rolling this device was. When you know what you're doing, it's easy. As with any sheeter, you must be careful not to over-crimp the material as it will pack up and make bulging almost impossible. I prefer to use filters all the time. So I'm satisfied. I have never had/used a roller or raw food and have not used plus sizes since I was a teenager. I'm old fashioned and have found that I've perfected my method of hand rolling over the years but I've always thought it was a great idea and something I'd like to try, especially that it came with papers and a nice bag , ha.
