Two out of three devices are working properly; This review focuses on the newest device and the TERRIBLE customer support. When I set up and switched on the third Riva Arena for the first time, everything was fine. One day, about a month after purchase, it started making both static noise and music. I did a factory reset and when connected to Wi-Fi there was a huge blast of static electricity. The music flowing through him was still static. I've tried moving it to another location with no different result. I tested the streaming on my phone, tablet and laptop before contacting support who assumed it was user error and had me return the device at my expense. They "ask the technician to look at it," said "he couldn't reproduce the problem and sent it back. It worked about a month and a half, then static started happening again. Although I went to a different arena and festival I would not recommend buying the Riva Arena due to the high lemon rate and terrible customer service.
