Great flat shoe
Very good low profile shoes. You can run in them, work out in the gym or do crossfit. Very good support and responsive. The first few workouts they were tight around the toes, but they loosened up. If you are a heel walker I don't recommend it. Ideal for midfoot and forefoot runners.
