I like how they are always willing for feedback even if it's not what you expect or want them too do! They have helped me with my resume as well getting interviews after sending out multiple applications in one week time frame!! Not much but really nice when someone actually reads your cover letter/resume instead looking at all other applicants who don't apply themselves 100%. This service helps get more opportunities which makes things easier than just applying yourself without help from others (like myself).
