It was an impulse buy, but it changed everything for me. I've had an iPad for years and love it, but it has completely changed the way I work. I've never found an iPad suitable for working on something where I typed a lot. I used it for Facebook, messaging and web browsing and that was it. With this stand and the Apple Wireless Keyboard, I now have a workstation. I no longer take my MacBook to and from work. He stays at work while I use my iPad at home. Sitting at my kitchen table or anywhere else, I can print and edit large documents. I switched to Pages to write letters and this stand puts the iPad at the perfect height and angel shape. I can also use it on the counter when using my iPad for recipes. I've always tried to shore it up somewhere and got into pretty precarious situations before trying to follow the recipe, so it's safe now. I love it so much I'm buying one for everyone for Christmas and also one for myself to keep on my bedside table to charge my phone at night.
