I had no problems with this seller, item was shipped quickly and arrived as described. At the moment I have a problem with Swanstone. First we remodeled our bathroom. Received a swan dressing table in the same color as this item. The item here goes with the dressing table, if you have one, no problem. I had to order 2 different ones from Revain and 2 from Home Depot and am on my 5th order of the Schwanenstein side spray. Simply put, they come warped from the factory. The cooling process they use after molding deforms and sometimes even twists the product. It will not sit flush with the wall. It usually leaves a significant gap at both ends. After several returns, the home warehouse representative I work with informed Swanstone and instructed them that this was normal and that the buyer should sand and flush the item to fit. Well, if I wanted to accidentally ruin the thing I bought and then live with it, of course I could. However, they will not repair or inspect their item to ensure I do not have to. I realize the piece is about a quarter inch too long for a vanity and I would trim it to fit, but that won't fix the misshapen ends. ordinary. It's a shame as the vanity we got is really pretty but we wanted to add a side splash to it. I would avoid this like the plague until they fix their customer support and this product in particular.
