This is a high quality product. All metals powder coated. Reliable reels, not cheap but really big reels. Very durable. Can be easily unrolled. The TV mount plate is large so it can fit most TVs or monitors. One thing about the mounting plate. The back of the TV or monitor should be level. That means if you have a TV with a VCR built in, the VCR unit sticks out, so the back of the whole TV isn't flat, so only one of the small mounting plates will fit, not this big one. The size of this plate is 8 3/4" x 8 3/4". I tried a 24 inch TV with VCR and couldn't install it. However, I was able to install a 32 inch TV with VCR. If you don't have a TV/VCR combo, don't worry about it. use. A few words about the tray. It is in order. I cut out a piece of board the size of the part and install it between the supports. Works perfectly. I can then use the shelf for the component or whatever I can use in the presentation. The shelf can hold many things. The device is fully height adjustable. The assembly was very easy. I use it for presentations and to roll out on the patio when the weather is nice. I highly recommend this product and this supplier.
