This is just a foam ball, not a compression ball as the description would suggest. I bought this for my son who has SPD and needed a ball (with some resistance) to fidget around at school. Of course, you can squeeze the styrofoam ball, but it doesn't offer any resistance, so it's not very fun or satisfying. This definitely doesn't belong in the stress ball category. It also came in a box marked "Eastern Trading Company". So now I know I paid way too much for that ball. I could probably order 12 for the same OTC price.
