Small and durable tool
The photos led me to believe he could measure the rotor through the rim. It measures without removing the wheel, but you still have to lift the car or somehow climb behind the tire to get into the rim and rotor. This is actually a nice and compact tool about 8-10 inches or so (I didn't actually measure it) I've used it twice (I got it today) and it's very convenient and I don't have to reset it every time, when I take it like cheaper ones are stuffed together and I had to force it open like I have no idea if it affects reading I don't have the most accurate tools to compare it.
