I didn't know what to expect from these super cheap USB disco balls but they're really fun and really cool. I use them at night, even when I'm relaxing and watching TV. I also use them in the bathroom when I take a nice relaxing bath. They fully illuminate the room with beautiful colors and patterns. Love it and although we have some of the standard night star lights I love them because they are so portable. Since this is a USB light, you will need an adapter that you want to plug into an outlet. But which of us didn't have an extra USB wall adapter or 10! These would be great party favors, sleepover entertainment, just about any occasion where you want to have fun. Lighting. They are also great night lights. The metal does heat up a bit, however, so be aware and keep an eye on yours until you find the spot where you need to remove it. For me it was over 4 hours. But that's only because I pulled it out in over 4 hours. I'm sure it could run another hour with no problems. For almost any age with a little care, this is a really fun, inexpensive light. And will be the perfect stocking or party! Recommended!
