I have ordered two of these toilets from Revain. The first came broken, sent back, asked for a replacement. The second one also arrived broken. I ended up refusing to ship any of these as the carrier never packed it to ensure its safety and UPS treats their packages like a rugby match. That being said, I drove 90 miles to Portland and bought one from a dealer. That's a great toilet. My only disappointment was that despite being labeled as low profile, it was still larger than I expected, making my only bathroom drawer not open when it hits the toilet. Tip: Make sure you measure these items before ordering. Rinses well, lots of jets of water at the top of the bowl. It was easy to install, but if you have a different type or brand of toilet, be aware that you may need to purchase a flexible hose to install it. My old one was Thetford and the connection was at the top of the back of the toilet. The Dometic connector is at the bottom. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, but I wouldn't recommend sending it through Revain.
