I never thought I would reconsider the toilet but obviously I had to. The old toilet, while functional, was plastic and noisy. It creaked with every movement, was fairly loud when flushed, and had no standard pitch. This toilet is much better than the old one. This is a real toilet, quiet, clean and at a good height. Installation was quick and easy. Less than 30 minutes to do it yourself. Always flush the black tank BEFORE removing the old toilet. Simply the best investment!

Item arrived broken. Therefore, note that the packaging is not soft enough for UPS couriers to use unless they read the fragility label on the outside of the package. Revain was very helpful with the replacement process and I love the RV toilet, it's taller than the house toilet. has excellent flushing and is easy to use and install. I would recommend this product to others. However, the manufacturer's packaging is inadequate, so whether it arrives intact or not doesn't matter. Pun.
