I have replaced an old Aqua Magic Starlite low profile raised platform toilet with this one. First warning, despite the fact that this is a low profile, it's still a bit taller. I'm 6ft 2" and my feet just touch the ground as I sit on it, everyone else in the family is 5ft and under and now they have to use a small step stool. Installation is as easy and straightforward as installing a residential toilet in your home, unlike the Thetford toilet I replaced which was incredible as it placed the screw holes in the hardest to reach spot which resulted in that the toilet flange was installed at an odd angle. It doesn't have those installation flaws, the screws are right at 3 and 9 o'clock and on the outside where you can easily access them. The only issues I had installing it was the old Thetford toilet fault, not this one. . My flange was installed on the floor, permanently glued, at an odd offset angle that prevented the 3 and 9 o'clock mounting screws from being installed for the new toilet. They sell an adapter plate that attaches to the old plate at any angle, I needed one, I didn't have one, and by the time I realized I needed it, the old toilet had already been dumped in the yard, I got kicked on the street and was hit by a car (I hated that toilet) he didn't get back in. The mounting or floor flange on my RV was firmly taped to the 3" PVC pipe and my black water tank under my floor and walls. There was no easy way to just remove it, rotate it, or install a new one. In the end I carefully sawed a slot in the sides of my existing flange wide enough to fit the bolts into the sides under the flange and about halfway down the lip of the flange, worked great and didn't require full venting Installing a new toilet. This is a very good toilet, you can feel and see their quality toilet. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they use FedEx for shipping. I can't stand FedEx, me never had a fedex package that didn't have endless hassles and problems this time was no exception the first one i received came in a box, which looked like it had been soaked in water by FedEx for a week and then stepped on the back of a truck and of course the toilet in that box was broken and had to be sent back. I called Revain and demanded that they ship the next package with someone other than FedEx or just give me my money back now. They sent it via UPS and it arrived perfectly packaged and in perfect condition directly to me with no problems. Things I've never seen on FedEx.
