As for the toilet itself I would give it 5 stars if the water valve didn't leak out of the box like new. I give the toilet 4 stars for the leak. 1 star for the terrible customer service I received from Dometic and their supply chain when I contacted them for a replacement water valve. First, Dometic told me that I would need to contact one of their service centers/dealers to get a replacement water valve for a new toilet. Good Good. I called my local service/dealer and was told in no uncertain terms that Dometic does not guarantee the water valve and that I would have to pay to have the valve replaced. Yes, you read that right guys. I would have had to pay out of my pocket for a broken and leaking water valve on a brand new unit, fresh out of the box. I bought a water valve but not Dometic. I bought an aftermarket replacement here at Revain that had good reviews and I'm hoping for the best. I no longer spend a cent on Dometic products. This will be the last Dometic I buy if I can. It's pretty gross that Dometic doesn't endorse a brand new product.
