Dometic 310 with sprayer. The box was completely open at the bottom. One valve was tight and the other was not. I don't know how it got here without falling out. But everything was still in there with no visible damage. It was easy to install and attach the existing T-bolt clamps so I just used the old ones. With the toilet were new if you need to replace them during installation. After gathering the tools I needed (not many, just a wrench and screwdriver), it took me just 20 minutes to remove the old toilet and install the new one. The water connection was the same as the old one, so it was easy to unscrew it from the old toilet and screw it onto the new one. I hate plumbing; it almost always leaks, but to my surprise, this one still doesn't drip! Wife loves the sprayer and insisted the toilet was ceramic not plastic. The bowl is made of ceramic and the base is made of plastic. Note this when tightening the hold-down screws! The slow-closing seat is a nice touch. The block looks good, it seems to work. What can I say, it's a toilet! The bottom line is that replacing an old toilet is easy. Car! I would recommend this model.Bill
