Very practical item. It doesn't take a lot of weight, so it fits an 80-LED light grid or 7-inch monitor, both of which I've tested, and handles them well, but I'd say anything under a pound should be solid . I took a 5lb camera rig and tried using it by the handle but it just won't hold up. But it's not designed for that. So for LED lighting and monitor, it works well. It's ALL aluminum and we make it.
