So I have mixed feelings about these socks. I've always had an owl sock but wanted something I could travel with and not have to worry if something happened to it. So this has its pros and cons. Pro number one, it's very affordable. Second, it measures heart rate and oxygen, telling you if baby is awake or asleep, just like an owl sock. It also goes further than it says on the box, at least it was for me anyway. Cons: Haven't notified me yet when she kicks the sock. You must have notifications turned on all night if you want to be notified when something happens. This is enough if you just want to pick up the phone and see what's going on. You should not rely on any alarm clock and for this reason I give it a solid 4 stars.
