Last year at my dentist's I spent $300 on a new lab made night watch. I've gone through several of them over the years and this one was no different. The customs officer had a tear. Rather than shelling out another $300 or more for a new mouthguard, I read a review from a famous New York dentist who recommended the Oral-B nightguard. Following simple instructions, I peeled off the pad in 10 minutes, let it cool and dry for an hour, and then inserted it into my mouth. It was perfect. It's better than any expensive night guards I've bought from my dentists. The pad fits snugly to the teeth and is very comfortable to wear. I highly recommended this.
