Quality wheels/bearings but boots show no skill and flats/carts can be dangerous for taller skaters. as listed. Cons: No tools were provided (not even a basic double wrench that comes with a lot of bottom end skates and you definitely need to check every screw before skating as they were very loose), the edges on the boot aren't well made inside and scratches the foot, carriage and plate are all plastic/nylon (most with nylon plates have aluminum carriages), the plate is also attached differently than other skates and will probably be difficult to replace. Nylon plates/trucks are used by many skaters, but they can break when used for certain tricks or over time with heavy use. Honestly save your money.
