After using the lunch box several times, the zipper gets stuck, making it difficult to open and close. Even more difficult for children to use properly. I contacted the seller for a replacement/repair and they bluntly said they would offer a coupon as the item could no longer be returned. I then informed that the item can still be returned and now they have explained that I have to pay the shipping costs. Although Revain indicates it can be returned without paying shipping costs. The seller doesn't seem to want to deal with returns and wants me to purchase a different item instead.
