The backpack and the lunch bag are well made and made of high quality material. My kindergarten child is happy and proudly goes to school with a backpack. Could not be better

My son loves the Paw Patrol but I was nervous about buying it as it is a bit rough and I know these distinctive backpacks tear easily. So far I haven't had any problems with ours. It looks almost new and we've had it since September.

Great item! It's also important to me that the seller was great... The product actually arrived about a week early. My nephew, a little boy, loved it. You might think it would cost a lot more than me; Great product for this money.

The day I got this in the mail I took this bag out of the box and took out the lunch box from the front and the strap that holds the lunch box in place the backpack broke. Otherwise backpack and lunch box are ok. Not happy with the durability.

This was bought for my son for preschool use. This is good quality. the zipper works very well. no sticking. This is a full-size bag that easily fits in his binder, pencil case, and lunch box. I like the way the lunch box attaches to the front but I don't like how it pulls the book bag when full so we put the lunch box in the bag.

My son loves his backpack. The design is very cute and the detachable lunch box was perfect. I was a little disappointed with the quality. We are only 4 months old at school and there are 2 tears at the bottom of the bag. I sealed them with tape and hope this will extend the life of the backpack.

The bag is a bit big for my 5 year old but he loves it! Looks expensive and quality seems good for its grade level. The lunch bag is a bit small for his thermos, water bottle and fruit, although it can be shrunk. Being able to put a water bottle on the side of the bag helps a lot. Will be updated after a few months of wearing.

After using the lunch box several times, the zipper gets stuck, making it difficult to open and close. Even more difficult for children to use properly. I contacted the seller for a replacement/repair and they bluntly said they would offer a coupon as the item could no longer be returned. I then informed that the item can still be returned and now they have explained that I have to pay the shipping costs. Although Revain indicates it can be returned without paying shipping costs.
