Fits true to Miss USA size, I wear a size 8/10 and have a medium fit. The material does not shine through the colors at all, but is tight enough to choose underwear carefully. I'm 5ft 9" and there is only a tiny slit in the skin at the top and bottom that is visible down the center, about an inch.
